He is a founding member of the professional association MC MAZZOLA CARRELLA & ASSOCIATES.
For nearly 20 years he has dedicated his professional activity to developing legal advisory services related to the banking and finance branch with particular expertise in financing transactions and the issuance of guarantees and surety bonds, granting and revocation of credit and in investments in even complex financial instruments, and he co-founded MC LEGAL, an Italian law firm that specializes precisely in BFS – Banking and Finance Services and – by now – a point of reference in the field.
It conducts advisory activities in connection with credit management and restructuring transactions, providing advisory services also in the context of enforcement, bankruptcy and judicial auction proceedings and, more generally, in corporate and retail debt restructuring.
He is an experienced business consultant in labor and contractual matters, assisting both private clients and corporations in issues arising from private and civil service labor relations.
After graduating from college magna cum laude at the University of Naples Federico II of Swabia, served as a Volunteer Assistant to the Chair of Labor Law at the prestigious Federiciano University in Naples, and obtained in Rome, in the year 2011, the inter-university Master’s degree of 2nd level in “Law of trusts and trusteeships” (“Uniforma-Association The Trust in Italy,” Rome, 2011).
He later held, at prestigious law firms in Campania, departmental leadership in banking, corporate – commercial law as Legal Associate
Today she also acts as Bankruptcy Curator, a position that gives her a proactive approach in the prevention and management of corporate crises, as well as in executive and endo-bankruptcy procedures.
He is a Patron of the Supreme Court, having qualified to practice before the Superior Jurisdictions.
