His main area of expertise is Criminal Law in all its declinations, with a focus on Corporate Criminal Law and Administrative Liability of Entities arising from violations under Leg. 231/01, crimes against property, against P.A. and crimes against the person and gender (stalking, family abuse, sexual violence).

He also has specific expertise in liability matters including those related to insurance law and in relation to complex and particularly sensitive claims.

The activity also extends to the entire field of insurance contracting, with reference to direct damage, liability and life insurance.

A graduate of Frederick II University of Swabia, after a background in classical studies, he has been working with the firm since 2008, making valuable professional contributions in the above subjects covered by the association.
