He is a founding member of the professional association MC MAZZOLA CARRELLA & ASSOCIATES.

He is an expert in commercial and residential real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate investment. Its clients include major private and institutional investors both domestic and foreign.

Indeed, its main areas of activity are acquisitions and disposals of properties, both commercial and residential, as well as leases.

He has particular experience in assisting international investors (from Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia) to purchase prestigious real estate and residential properties on the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts.

Advises on all aspects of residential real estate, including: buying and selling, refinancing, renovation, lease extensions, and full ownership redemptions.

Over the course of his 30-year career, he has been involved in various areas of civil, criminal and administrative law, and then put this experience to use particularly in assisting companies and individuals in the real estate and corporate and private real estate investments, in equity sales and acquisitions, and in corporate restructuring.

For these areas, the in-depth knowledge of the complex administrative and urban planning system acquired during his career assumes significant importance.

He has held public offices, first as a local administrator in charge of budget, litigation and urban planning and, later, helped establish one of the first urban transformation companies participated in by public entities, a company in which he served as chairman of the board of directors, implementing several public projects.

This experience has been very significant and usefully put at the service of private and corporate clients, enabling them to offer more effective assistance in acquisition procedures of assets (including from executive proceedings and judicial auctions, areas in which he has consolidated specific expertise) and/or public procurement, having specific knowledge of bureaucratic apparatuses.

He is also known to have gained, over the years, extensive experience in criminal litigation, so much so that he has been appointed as a trusted advisor and counsel in numerous sensitive proceedings of national and international significance.

Cassationist and Habilitated to the Superior Magistracies, after graduating from the University of Naples Federico II of Swabia, he has been licensed to practice since the year 1999.
